Heritage Sound Collective CIC was established in 2025 to use the power of music, arts, culture and heritage to bring people together, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for meaningful engagement.
Founded in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, the organisation was born from a desire to give back to the community through creative and cultural initiatives that inspire connection, inclusion and personal development.
Through live events, cultural festivals, workshops, heritage projects, creative programmes and community partnerships, we create spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can learn from one another, share experiences and build stronger communities together.
As a registered Community Interest Company, we are legally bound to serve the community interest. Every resource we generate is directed back into our programmes and the people we serve.
Putting people at the heart of everything we do
Creating welcoming spaces where everyone can participate
Preserving and celebrating cultural identity and shared histories
Encouraging artistic expression and innovation
Delivering meaningful and lasting benefits for communities
To strengthen communities through music, arts, culture and heritage by creating inclusive opportunities for participation, learning, collaboration and cultural celebration.
To become a leading community organisation that uses arts, culture and heritage to inspire participation, celebrate diversity and leave a lasting positive impact across Doncaster, South Yorkshire and beyond.
Adedoyin Oseni is an internationally experienced musician and cultural practitioner who has performed across multiple countries. He is a Nigerian-born Afro-contemporary gospel saxophonist and worship leader, known for his ability to bridge musical traditions and bring people together through performance.
While his career has taken him to stages across the world, Adedoyin's commitment remains rooted in the belief that local communities thrive when people are given opportunities to connect, celebrate their heritage and express their creativity. It is this conviction that inspired the founding of Heritage Sound Collective CIC in Doncaster in 2025.
He won the God's Children Got Talent competition in 2014, organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and has since built a career spanning gospel, world music and live performance, including organising the acclaimed Evening of Worship concert series in Sheffield.
He holds a degree in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Master's degree in Marketing with Brand Management from the University of Huddersfield. In 2024 he was named Best Gospel Saxophonist of the Year at the Eko Heritage Awards.
